Triple Points Offer:

  1. Members must present their Air India Flying Returns membership card, invitation to this offer, and receipts for qualifying purchases made at Participating Villages to receive the triple points.
  2. Claims for the triple points offer can only be made:
    • At the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the qualifying purchases are made; or
    • Digitally within 24 hours of the date of the qualifying purchases by following the procedure detailed at: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.
  3. No retroactive claims will be permitted.
  4. There is no limit on the number of redemptions of the triple points offer.
  5. Members will receive eligible points within 7 working days of submitting their receipts.

General:

  1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will collect and process their personal data to enable the redemption of the triple points offer. This may include name, membership card number, transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
  2.   All collection and processing of personal data by Value Retail will be in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy and the relevant Participating Village’s Privacy Policy which can be accessed here: www.TheBicesterCollection.com/en/legal/privacy-policy/. Links to these policies are provided for each village which can be found on Bicester Collection website.
  3. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Flying Returns points in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
  4. The right to benefit from the triple points offer is personal to the recipient and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed.
  5. The triple points offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, or voucher. Receipts used for the triple points offer may not be used to claim miles or points in other loyalty programmes.
  6. The benefits of the triple points offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Value Retail or Air India reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the triple points offer at any time for any reason.
  8.  Value Retail will not be liable for any financial loss arising from the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of the triple points offer, or any failure to take advantage of the offer.

  10. The points will be credited in accordance with the Flying Returns terms and conditions available on Air India website.
  11.  Air India reserve the right to change, extend or terminate this programme without prior notice.
  12. The terms and conditions of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
  13.  Air India is not responsible for the services/ products provided by Bicester Villages and they will remain liable for the booking and provision of its services/ products.
  14. Air India will not be liable in any manner to any person, in respect of this offer.
  15. Air India’s interpretation of any term and condition herein shall be final and will not be subject to any challenge.
