HDFC Bank Offer Summary:

As per this offer, eligible customers of HDFC Bank can avail an instant discount basis the grid mentioned in the table below. The offer will be applicable on bookings made on Air India website / mobile app only. The offer is valid on bookings made through eligible HDFC Bank Debit & Credit Cards during the booking period i.e., from from 16^th September’2024 to 30^th September’2024. 

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Offer shall be applicable only to HDFC Bank Debit & Credit card holders (“Eligible Customers”). It shall not apply to (a) Business, commercial, and corporate card holders (b) Any other bank card holders. The offer will be applicable on only specific BINs.
2. The offer will be applicable from 16^th September’2024 to 30^th September’2024, and a customer can avail of the offer only once a month.
3. Travel period 16^th September’2024 to 15^th October’2024.
4. The offer is applicable only on regular transactions and not through EMI option.
5. An eligible customer must transact only on Air India website / mobile app to qualify for the discount.
6. The discount will be applicable on base fare* only.
7. The offer will be valid for any domestic ticket booked as per the table above.
8. The offer will be valid only if the payment is made in INR. For purposes of clarity, even if an eligible card is used to make a payment in any currency other than INR, such a transaction will not be eligible for discount.
9. The instant discount is applicable on a single transaction and multiple transactions cannot be clubbed to avail the same.
10. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer. Shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi/Mumbai only.
11. Air India, and HDFC Bank have the right to change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
12. The decision of Air India, and HDFC Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
13. All Bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to Air India’s conditions of carriage available at  www.airindia.com.

1. The offer is an instant discount and will be provided upfront at the time of purchase.
2. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
3. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.
4. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
5. This Offer is made available to the Customers selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
6. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
7. If promo code is mentioned as part of the communication (please refer Offer details tab) then customer has to use the code to avail the offer; in case the code is not used Discount/ Cashback cannot be credited back to customer at a later date.
8. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
9. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers by another offer, whether like this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
10. Purchases done using HDFC Bank Credit card via UPI mode shall not be eligible for this offer.
11. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
12. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar, or other offers.
13. Offer valid only on Retail Credit Cards, Business and select Corporate Cards and Commercial Credit cards.
14. This offer is non-cashable, not extendable, and non-negotiable.
15. If a card member has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank Credit/Debit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member to qualify for the said offer.
16. The above offer is a special offer from the merchant partner for select HDFC Bank Credit/Debit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement.
17.  The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
18. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
19. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from the posting date. After said date the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
20. Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional Offer, may be borne by the Card Holder / winner.
