You can contact Tata AIG customer care number at: 1800-266-7780 and request a copy of your certificate of insurance. 

You can intimate initiate your claim no later than (30) days after an actual or potential loss occurs. 

Tata AIG will settle your claim within 72 working hours following the completion of all documents and submission of bills as per policy terms and conditions.
