Claim will be payable only if there is a trip as per the policy wordings. Policy wordings, only of opted benefits as specified in this certificate of insurance, shall be applicable and must be read in conjunction with this certificate of insurance.

You may contact Air India’s customer service team and request for cancellation of the certificate of insurance. You can get in touch with them by calling on 0124-264-1407 or 020-2623-1407.

You can cancel your certificate any time prior to commencement of the trip, provided there is no claim lodged under the Certificate of Insurance.

If you cancel the certificate prior to the commencement of your trip, you will get a refund, subject to there being no claim lodged under the certificate of Insurance.
