Here’s an example: If you’re 350 Flying Returns points shy of a business class upgrade and you have 550 reward points in your Citi Rewards credit card account, you can convert 480 Citi reward points into Flying Returns points and get yourself the upgrade. It's that easy.

Terms & Conditions

Upon redemption, the reward points thus claimed will be automatically deducted from the accumulated points balance in the Citi cardmember's account.
Customers can transfer Citi reward points only to their own Flying Returns account. Points transfer to any other Flying Returns account is not permitted.
Citi and Air India reserve the right to extend or terminate this program without prior notice.
A card member cannot transfer points to another member or another credit card account.
Once Citi reward points are converted into Flying Returns points, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled.
The terms and conditions of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
A minimum of 100 Citi reward points is required for this redemption. 250 points are required for Citi Prestige cardholders.
A maximum of 5 conversion redemptions can be completed in a single day.
A maximum of 2,00,000 Citi reward points can be converted in a single day.
Up to 4 working days are required from the day of raising the request for converted points to reflect in your Flying Returns account.
