How to book

  • Write to reservations@soneva.com mentioning your name, Flying Returns ID and current tier, preferred property and dates of check-in and check-out. The Soneva reservation team will get back to you with the tariff rates based on availability. 
  • Upon verification and payment, they will send an email confirming your reservation. 
  • Flying Returns points will be credited to your account within 30 days of the successful transaction of the amount and completion of your stay.

Terms and Conditions 

  • To be eligible to claim Flying Returns points, members must make their booking by emailing directly to reservations@soneva.com with the required details.
  • Any third-party (OTAs, travel agents, etc.) bookings will not be eligible for earning Flying Returns points. 
  • The Flying Returns member should be new to Soneva or should not have visited any of Soneva's properties as a guest in the past three years from the date of enquiry to claim the offer. No Flying Returns points can be claimed otherwise. 
  • A member must confirm their Flying Returns membership ID to the Soneva reservations team at the time of enquiry & booking. 
  • If the Flying Returns membership ID is not mentioned, or an invalid Flying Returns membership ID is entered at the time of booking, the member cannot claim Flying Returns points for stays at Soneva. 
  • The offer is valid for direct bookings and cannot be combined with Soneva Repeater benefits. 
  • The Flying Returns member should be present for the stay and have completed it to claim the offer. 
  • Earned Flying Returns points will be credited within 30 days of the successful completion of your stay.  
  • Complimentary vouchers offered by the resort cannot be transferred or used against room rates and third-party experiences, Soneva Aqua, Soneva Stars and Soneva Soul integrative medicine. 
  • Upgrade to half board is subject to villa occupancy: 2 adults, 2 children below 12 years in a one-bedroom villa; 4 adults and 2 children in a two-bedroom villa; 6 adults and 2 children in a three-bedroom villa. 
  • Upgrades are not applicable to the following categories at: 
    • > Soneva Jani: 
      • Three- and four-bedroom villas  
    • > Soneva Fushi: 
      • One- and two-bedroom Water Reserves  
      • All three-bedroom residences with pool (Villa 1, 41 and 14) and four-bedroom residences with pool (Villa 15,38,36) 
      • Villa 37, 42, 43 and 11 
  • Please note that the offer is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Air India and Soneva retain the right to make the final decision.  
  • The standard Soneva cancellation policy applies and can be found on the property listings page. 
  • Air India does not make (or provide) any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability, or availability of services offered by Soneva.
