Air India’s ticketing counter is at Terminal 2, departure level 4, near gates 4 and 5.Air India’s check-in counters are at aisle E for domestic flights and F for international flights. First, Executive, and Star Gold passengers have their own check-in counters.For domestic flights: Guests are encouraged to report at least two hours before the departure time to avoid delay due to congestion at security checkpoints. Check-in counters close 60 minutes before departure time for all classes of travellers.

 

For international flights: Check-in counters will open four hours before departure time. Check-in counters close 60 minutes before departure time for all classes of travellers.

Travellers can collect their baggage in the arrival hall. There is a Baggage Services Desk at the arrival hall to help travellers with anything baggage related.Transit area is at level 2 of the terminal building.

 

Air India’s transfer desk on level 2 is open for travellers 24/7.

Domestic to international: 1 hour 30 minutes
International To domestic: 2 hours
