Buses ply every 20-40 minutes between terminals 1, 2, and 3. Transportation to Tokyo city from the airport is available by rail and bus.	Duty-free shops at international departure. Restaurants and coffee shops. The airport stays under a night curfew between 2300 to 0600 hours.	The check-in counters at terminal 2 C counter open three hours before departure and close one hour before departure.	Passengers can enjoy facilities at China Airlines’ Dynasty Lounge. The lounge is temporarily closed.
