  • Passengers can head to the transfer counter F at terminal 2 for their new boarding passes.
  • Collect the boarding passes at least 60 minutes before departure. Once the counter closes, we will not be able to issue any more boarding passes.
  • Boarding gates for all departing flights close 20 minutes before departure.
If you have an onward connecting flight from Singapore, operated by any low-cost carrier like Scoot, Tiger Airways, Air Asia or Jet Star Asia, you must have a valid Singapore visa.

 

We also have an interline facility and transfer check-in with carriers like Singapore Airline, Qantas, where you can check in and connect to these airlines without a Singapore visa.
Minimum connecting time is 90 minutes for both inter and intra terminals.To Singapore city:

All passengers with or without a valid Singapore visa can enjoy the ‘Free Singapore Tour’.
  • Passengers can check-in at the transfer counter F at terminal 2.
  • Check-in time for international flights is three hours before departure.
The Premiere Check-in Lounge (PCIL) for our First and Executive class passengers is situated next to row 10 at the departure terminal 2.
