Other Concessions
Residents of India who qualify for concessionary fares based on humanitarian grounds will receive discount on base airfare for domestic flights in economy class.
Eligibility and required documentation
Blind persons: Must carry copy of a certificate issued by an eye hospital or medical practitioner (not less than MBBS) stating that the passenger is totally blind in both eyes.
Mobility challenge: Passengers with at least 80% locomotor impairment require a certificate issued by a chief district medical officer or a board constituted by government hospital.
Cancer patients: Travelling for the purpose of a medical check-up or treatment must submit an application and a certificate issued by a cancer hospital or institute.
Recipients of our highest civilian award can receive a discount on base airfare by showing a copy of the Bharat Ratna award certificate signed by the president of India.
Concession Details
The discount will be applied to base airfare for one-way and round-trip bookings within India territory, in economy class.
The concessionary fares on this page cannot be booked online. Please visit one of our city ticketing offices or airport ticketing offices in India to book.
Standard fees apply for flight changes, cancellations, or refunds. Concessionary fares are available only on flight operated by Air India and do not apply to codeshare flights. See complete terms and conditions below.

- それぞれのキャビンクラスに応じた 取消、払戻、予約変更および再発行 に関する運賃規則が適用されます。
- 優待運賃は、座席の空き状況によりご利用いただけます。
- 航空券の譲渡および経路変更はできません。
- 氏名の変更は認められません。
- 有効なID/書類の適切な確認:
- 本人確認は必須であり、シティチケッティングオフィスまたは空港チケッティングオフィスでの発券時、および空港のチェックイン時に実施されます。
- お客様は、旅程を通して身分証明書を携行する必要があります。書類確認の条件を免除する権限を持つ者はいません。
- チェックイン時に該当するID書類が提示されない場合、不正利用回収金ならびに適用される税金が請求されます。
- 空港マネージャーおよび当直マネージャーが抜き打ち検査を行います。
- 本人確認は必須であり、シティチケッティングオフィスまたは空港チケッティングオフィスでの発券時、および空港のチェックイン時に実施されます。
- すべての 一般旅客および手荷物運送約款 が適用されます。
