Eligibility Criteria

• All nationalities are eligible, provided the passenger is at least 60 years old on the date of travel.
• A passport is required as proof of age for all passengers. Indian nationals may alternatively present any valid government-issued identity card.
• A child or infant cannot be booked with a senior citizen.
• Offer applicable to travellers of all nationalities on international travel, exclusively applicable to only Indian nationals on domestic travel.

• This Offer is made by Air India Limited (“Air India”) to eligible senior citizen customers booking Air India Flights until 23:59 hours IST on 31 October 2026 (“Offer Period”), subject to seat inventory availability and the terms and conditions mentioned below. By participating in or availing of the Offer, the customer unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions.
• During the Offer Period, Air India offers the advertised fare discounts only on the advertised routes (“Offer”) to customers making bookings on Air India website, and mobile app.
• Limited seats are available under the Offer and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Offer is only valid for the Offer Period and is subject to change without notice due to factors including seat availability, booking class inventory, travel dates, eligible itineraries, and classes and demand at the time of booking.
• This offer is applicable exclusively to eligible senior citizens aged 60 years and above with a valid photo ID with date of birth.
• The Offer is applicable only on flights operated by Air India and do not apply to codeshare flights.
• The Offer is applicable for adult passengers only; children and infants are excluded.
• The Offer is not applicable to multi-city bookings, or bookings made using Maharaja Club Points or Cash + Points.
• The Offer is valid for both one-way and round-trip bookings.
• Group bookings are not eligible for this Offer.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions. The tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-reroutable. No name changes are permitted.
• Bookings made under the Offer are subject to applicable fare rules, including change, cancellation, no-show, reversals, and refund charges, as per the fare selected at the time of booking. All bookings made under the Offer shall be governed by Air India’s Conditions of Carriage, as available on www.airindia.com.
• Air India reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or withdraw the Offer, in part or in full, at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• Air India’s decisions with respect to all transactions under this Offer shall be final and binding on all customers seeking to avail this Offer.
• Air India shall not be liable to customer or third party for any consequential loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with the Offer.
• Images, visuals, and representations used in promotional creatives are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual product or service.
• This Offer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
• Air India reserves the sole right to determine and verify eligibility for this Offer and may require supporting documentation for the same. Any decision regarding eligibility shall be final and binding.
• One complimentary date change is permitted under this Offer. Any applicable fare difference and other charges shall be payable by the customer.
• The details of free baggage allowance for international flights are set out in the table below.

• Each piece of checked baggage must not exceed 32 kg (70 lb). Passengers whose Free Baggage Allowance is less than 25 kgs are permitted one (1) piece of checked baggage, while passengers whose free baggage allowance is 25 kgs or more are permitted two (2) pieces of checked baggage. Additional charges may apply for checked baggage exceeding the permitted number of pieces.
• The offer details for domestic flights are set out in the table below.

• The discount applies to the base fare only, and all applicable taxes, fees, surcharges and convenience fees shall be payable in addition to the discounted base fare.
• Customers who select UPI as the payment method and apply the promo code UPIPROMO during checkout will be eligible for an additional discount of up to INR 2,000 on bookings made through the Air India website or mobile app.
• Proper verification of valid ID/documents:
  • Identity verification is mandatory and will be carried out at the time of ticketing at a city ticketing office or airport ticketing office and again at check-in points at the airport.
  • Passengers must carry proof of identification throughout the journey. No one has the authority to waive the condition of documentation check.
  • Airport managers and duty managers may undertake surprise checks.
  • In case the relevant ID documents are not presented at the time of check-in, passengers will be charged a misuse recovery amount plus applicable taxes.
