You can submit a Claim for Missing Points only 7 days after your date of travel
if your Maharaja Club ID was not added during booking or check-in.
Eligible flights include those operated by Air India and our 25 Star Alliance Partner Airlines.
- Air India flights: You can Claim Missing Points up to 12 months from your travel date. Maharaja Points will be credited even if you were not a Maharaja Club member on the date of travel.
- Star Alliance partner flights: Claim period vary by airlines: 365 days (12 months), 210 days (7 months), or 180 days (6 months) from the date of travel. Maharaja Points cannot be claimed if you were not a Maharaja Club member on the date of travel.
Boarding pass upload is available only for eligible Air India-operated flights. This option cannot be used for Air India Express, Star Alliance Partner, codeshare, or interline flights. For eligible Star Alliance partner and codeshare flights, please submit your claim using the 13-digit ticket number. Air India Express flights are not eligible for Missing Points claims.
