Claim Maharaja Points
Missed adding your Maharaja Club ID at the time of booking and check-in? Use our Claim Points option to record points for past flights on Air India and Star Alliance Partner Airlines.
What you need to do:
- Click ‘Claim Points' below to submit your journey details for completed flights.
- Points can be claimed only 7 days after the travel date.
- Claims must be submitted within 365 days (12 months) for Air India flights.
- Claims must be submitted for Star Alliance Partner Airlines within 365 days (12 months), 210 days (7 months) and 180 days (6 months), depending on the airline. Please look at the table for reference.
- Points can be claimed for Star Alliance Partner Airlines only if you are a member of Maharaja Club on the date of travel.
- Members can submit a claim by entering their flight details. If a claim is not approved, the member’s boarding pass or travel certificate will be necessary as supporting documentation for further validation.
- If you have not yet enrolled for the Maharaja Club, complete the Sign-Up process before submitting a claim.
- You can submit a claim by entering your flight details. For eligible Air India-operated flights, you may also upload your boarding pass as supporting documentation. Boarding pass upload is not available for Air India Express, Star Alliance partner, codeshare, or interline flights.
