5. Offer is valid on one successful eligible transaction, once during the offer period, per device.

15. MobiKwik reserves the right to adjust/deduct the cashback amount prior to crediting the refund amount to the user.
16. MobiKwik reserves the right to restrict the offer for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. MobiKwik has the right to ask for documents or additional information to prove his/her identity for any account.
