1. Maharaja Club Experiences is an exclusive member benefit provided by Air India Limited (“Air India”) for Platinum, Gold and Silver Maharaja Club member(s) residing in India and who have opted to receive marketing communications.

2. “Participants” as a term in the terms and conditions covers members and their guests for the events.

3. At events, seats are limited. Hence, members must register for the events and shall be confirmed on first come first basis. Registration does not automatically confirm participation. The confirmed participants shall be informed separately. As seats are limited, members who were confirmed but did not attend the events will be subject to a deduction of certain amount of Maharaja Points as a penalty that will differ for events.

4. For the purposes of managing and administering events, Air India may engage third-party agencies as our authorized point of contact. Certain personal data that you provide, such as your name and contact details, may be shared with such agencies strictly on a need-to-know basis to facilitate event-related requirements. The agencies may contact the participants directly to confirm their registration and to provide updates and other relevant information relating to the event.

5. Members may not transfer or assign their registration or entry to any other individual. The Maharaja Club member who has registered for the event must be personally present at the event along with their registered guest. Entry will not be permitted to guests if the registered Maharaja Club member is not present. Event registrations are non-transferable and non-resalable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or misuse the event registration may result in cancellation of participation without reinstatement of Maharaja Points. At any time, Air India reserves the right to verify the identity of the Maharaja Club member.

6. Air India reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the venue, at its sole discretion, in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, venue policies, or instructions issued by event staff or security personnel.

7. Participants must be eighteen (18) years and above to participate in the events, unless otherwise specified.

8. F&B from outside is not permitted.

9. Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the security management team at the venue.

10. Participants consuming alcoholic beverages during events are expected to do so responsibly. Air India reserves the right to deny service or remove individuals exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour. Alcohol will only be served to attendees of legal drinking age as per the state regulations.

11. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed at the event venues and may be confiscated with or without the owner from the venue.

12. People in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry.

13. Pets are not allowed at the event venues. All venue rules must be followed.

14. Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings. Air India will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage of any personal items during the event.

15. Air India shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the events due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, venue issues, artist cancellation, or other unforeseen events.

16. Air India shall have the right to admit any authorised photographers into the event’s venue for photography and/or video recordings for future advertising and promotional purposes without any requirement for permission from any participant whatsoever. By attending the events, all participants acknowledge that images, videos, or recordings of the event may be used by Air India for future marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, without any further consent or compensation.

17. Participants acknowledge and agree that any personal data they voluntarily provide shall be used for the purposes of this campaign, such as assessing their eligibility for this campaign, making required arrangements for the event and publishing testimonials on Air India website and pages. All personal data of the participants processed by Air India shall be in line with these Terms & Conditions and the Air India Privacy Notice. 

18. Air India shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense suffered by participants, or any third parties at the event/venue, including but not limited to the organization, execution, safety, quality, or delivery of the events or any services provided therein. Air India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with these terms and conditions or any matter related hereto.

19. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Air India, its staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal costs) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the events.

20. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety at the events. Air India will take reasonable measures but does not guarantee a risk-free environment.

21. Participants are requested to arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once the event has begun, in order to avoid disruption to the events.

22. Participants are responsible for being mindful of their own allergies or dietary sensitivities. Air India shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions, health issues, or discomfort arising during or after the events.

23. Air India reserves the right to request a participant to leave in case of unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour, without any obligation or compensation.

24. Air India reserves the right to make changes to the event, reschedule, or cancel the events if required due to operational or unforeseen reasons.

25. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

26. By registering for or attending any Maharaja Club event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

27. Air India’s decision on all matters related to the events will be final.
