Children aged 5 to 11 years travelling alone can use our Unaccompanied Minor service. Our trained staff assist them throughout the journey, from check-in until they are handed over to the authorised guardian upon arrival.
Wheelchair & Mobility Assistance
We provide complimentary wheelchair assistance for passengers with reduced mobility. Depending on your travel needs, assistance is available from the airport entrance through boarding and arrival. We recommend requesting this service at least 48 hours before departure.
Senior Citizen Assistance
Senior citizens can take advantage of wheelchair assistance, priority boarding and other airport support services to make their journey hassle-free. Passengers who qualify can also check for any domestic fare concessions that can be availed of, subject to the terms and conditions applicable.
Medical Assistance Requests
Passengers requiring medical assistance, such as stretcher assistance, supplementary oxygen or approved medical equipment, are requested to provide the necessary medical documents in advance. Certain requests require medical clearance before travel.

Cancellation Policy & Fees
If you book directly with us, you can cancel or modify your ticket without penalty within 48 hours of booking, in line with applicable guidelines. After this period, cancellation terms depend on your fare type and the time of your request.
Change / Rescheduling of Travel Date
A change to your travel date or flight can be made either in the Manage Booking page or through contacting our customer support team. The cost of the change and any difference in fare will depend upon your fare type and the new date of travel.
Refund Processing Time
Your refund will be processed through the same method that you used for paying initially. Card transactions are processed faster, while other forms of payment might take some time. You can make the request for a refund within the validity period.
Name Correction Fee
In case of small mistakes, you can contact us, and our customer support team can help you with fixing that little issue. However, changing the names is not permissible as a transfer of the ticket to someone else.
Cancellation of Flights Initiated by Us
In case of cancellation or major rescheduling of the flight by us, you will have the choice to travel in an alternate flight or be eligible for a refund.
