How to Purchase Your Wi‑Fi Plan
Find Our Network
Turn on flight mode and connect to 'Air India Wi-Fi' on your device.
Sign‑in to Wi‑Fi
You will be redirected to the Wi-Fi portal automatically, or you can visit wifi.airindia.com. Authenticate using your travel details to sign-in.
Select a Wi‑Fi Plan
Choose your preferred plan and complete the payment as applicable. You’re now ready to enjoy our inflight Wi-Fi.
Payment Information: UPI and international credit/debit cards (without OTP) are accepted for inflight purchases. This service is available on select flights, which are mentioned in the Flight Status page.
- Inflight Wi‑Fi service is available on A350‑900, select B777‑300, B787‑9, and A321neo aircrafts operating on domestic and international routes.
- Wi‑Fi is available on select flights—check the Flight Status page for availability.
Note: Wi‑Fi availability is subject to last‑minute changes due to operational, regulatory, or technical reasons.

You may follow the steps below to purchase and connect to our Wi-Fi service during your flight:
- Turn on airplane mode on your personal device.
- Select and connect to the ‘Air India Wi-Fi’ network.
- A login webpage should open automatically. If the webpage does not open automatically, visit ‘wifi.airindia.com’ in any web browser.
- Enter your last name, Booking Reference Number (PNR) or the last 4 digits of your ticket number, email ID, and phone number.
- Click on ‘Verify’.
- After verification, select your preferred plan and proceed to payment (if applicable).
- Once the payment is successful, you will be automatically connected. Enjoy our inflight Wi-Fi!
To know if Wi-Fi service is available on your flight, look for the ‘Wi-Fi Onboard’ icon on the Flight Status page or during web check-in. Please note that the availability is subject to last-minute changes.

We accept payment through UPI apps from mobile devices. Additionally, international credit/debit cards that do not require an OTP are accepted.
You can connect any Wi-Fi enabled device, such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone (iOS and Android) to the inflight Wi-Fi. Please ensure your device is in airplane mode and Wi-Fi is turned ON.
