Maharaja Club Contest

Terms and Conditions:  

1. This contest is restricted to Maharaja Club members residing in India only, aged 18 or above at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Air India Limited (“Air India”) and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
2. The Contest shall run for a period of four (4) consecutive weeks commencing on 1 October 2026 and ending on 31 October 2026. A new mystery challenge shall be released each week during the aforesaid contest period.
3. Participants acknowledge and agree that any personal data they voluntarily provide, such as their names, contact details, Maharaja Club details and social media IDs, shall be used for the purposes of this campaign, including for assessing their eligibility for this campaign, making required arrangements for the contest and announcing winners or publishing testimonials on Air India website and social media pages. All personal data of the participants processed by Air India shall be in line with the Air India Privacy Notice.  
4. By registering for this campaign, participants acknowledge and agree that all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to any image, video, publication and any reproductions created for or during the campaign, including those captured for the contest or used for announcing winners shall at all times be the exclusive property of Air India. Participants agree that no compensation or royalty is owed and waive any related claims.
5. This contest is also subject to the Maharaja Club Terms and Conditions.
6. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the contest. 
7. Participants must submit the correct answer to the applicable weekly mystery challenge within the timeline specified for such challenge. Only participants who submit the correct answer and satisfy the eligibility requirements set out herein shall be eligible for that week's prize draw.
8. Air India is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any circumstances beyond its control.
9. This contest is subject to the sole discretion of Air India, and Air India reserves the right to revoke, modify, cancel or extend this contest, without any prior notice.
10. The winners shall be selected solely by Air India in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed herein. A total of twenty (20) winners shall be selected during the contest period, comprising five (5) winners each week across four (4) weeks. Winners for each week shall be selected through a random draw from among participants who have correctly answered the applicable weekly challenge, successfully completed the registration requirements and otherwise complied with these terms and conditions. No queries or challenges to such selection shall be entertained. Air India’s decision regarding winner selection and all contest matters is final and binding.
11. Each selected winner shall be awarded five thousand (5,000) Maharaja Points, which will be credited to the winner's eligible Maharaja Club account maintained in good standing, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions. The Maharaja Points awarded under this contest will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of credit to the member's Maharaja Club account, after which they will expire. Air India reserves the right to verify the eligibility, identity and Maharaja Club membership details of any selected winner prior to awarding the prize.
12. In the event that a selected winner is found to be ineligible, fails any verification process, provides inaccurate information, or otherwise fails to comply with these terms and conditions, Air India reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.
13. Maharaja Points awarded under this contest are subject to the Maharaja Club terms and conditions. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other consideration.
14. All intellectual property rights in the Contest concept, challenge materials, promotional content, campaign assets and related materials are and shall remain the exclusive property of Air India or its licensors. Nothing in these terms and conditions grants participants any rights in such intellectual property.
15. This contest is subject to the Maharaja Club terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Offer Terms and the Maharaja Club terms and conditions, the terms of this Offer will prevail.
16. Air India reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, extend or cancel the contest, in whole or in part, at any time if circumstances arise that, in Air India's reasonable opinion, make it necessary to do so.
17. The terms and conditions of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
18. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Air India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the contest, including any interruption, cancellation, technical failure, delay or inability to participate in the contest.
19. Air India’s interpretation of any term and condition herein shall be final and will not be subject to any challenge.
