During the period, 15 July 2025 to 31 July 2025 ("Offer Period”), HSBC Credit Cardholders on using their valid HSBC Credit Cards issued in India only (‘Card’) for spends on Air India website www.airindia.com / mobile application will be entitled to the below Offers ('Offer'):

Offer Construct: Cardholders of HSBC Premier, HSBC Travel One, HSBC Platinum will earn accelerated rewards on spends on Air India website www.airindia.com / mobile application subject to a maximum cap of 10,000 accelerated reward points per card per customer for primary cardholders only.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Customers who transact on the Air India website, www.airindia.com , or through the mobile application will be eligible for the offer.
  • This offer is valid till July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM Accelerated HSBC Reward points will be credited to the cardholder’s account within 30 days of completing the transaction.
  • HSBC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, without prior notice or withdraw it altogether.
  • There are no restriction on the travel date.
  • Offer is applicable on Indian Issued Cards & INR txns only.
  • The offer with Air India is applicable only on the INR transactions (Indian Issued Cards) made with Air India official website and/or Air India mobile app and it’s not valid for transactions made via travel agents, IVR, Online Travel Agent, any Air India offline counter and/or via any other available channel(s). Transactions made on a currency other than INR will not be applicable for this program.
  • In the event of a booking cancellation, HSBC India reserves the right to reverse or debit the base points, as well as any accelerated points, credited to cardholders.
  • HSBC is solely liable to provide reward point to eligible customers.
  • This offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

  1. This offer ("Offer") is provided by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India ("Bank") and is made available on the website www.airindia.com or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, "Air India") by Air India Limited ("Air India").
  2. These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Air India Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Air India and Terms & Conditions of HSBC Credit Cards. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these
    Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
  3. All residents of India holding HSBC Premier, Travel One and Platinum Credit Cards issued by the Bank (each a "Card") are eligible to avail the Offer (each a "Cardholder").
  4. Air India and/or the Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
  5. Air India and/ or the Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  6. Delinquent and over-limit Bank's credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
  7. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
  8. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Air India to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  9. The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes will be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card member agreement.
  10. This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial Cards.
  11. By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Bank and Air India will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product(s). Bank shall not be liable for delivery, service, suitability, availability or quality of the products offered under this offer.
  12. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
  13. HSBC does not endorse any of the products or brands being Offered on Air India and does not provide any warranties or representations of the quality, saleability, suitability, or availability of products. Any dispute regarding such products must be addressed in writing by the Cardholder directly to Air India or respective merchants.
  14. This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
  15. All decisions relating to the Offer made at the discretion of HSBC shall be final, binding and no contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to the Cardholders under this Offer, any other claims regarding this Offer, against HSBC, are waived.
  16. HSBC reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase meets the eligibility criteria listed above.
  17. This Offer is subject to force majeure clauses.
  18. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder.
  19. The Offer is valid only in India for adults of a sound mind.
  20. This Offer shall be subjected to all applicable central and/or state laws, rules and regulations.
  21. Please note that basis the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and notified GST rates, Central GST and State/Union Territory GST or Inter-State GST, will be levied on the discounted price, as applicable
  22. By participating in the offer, Cardholders shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted all the aforementioned Offer Terms in their totality.
