Eligibility Criteria:
In order to avail this offer, the student must be:
- Between 12-30 years of age as of the date of travel for international travel
- 12+ years of age as of the date of travel for domestic travel
- Enrolled in a full-time course for at least one academic year
- Attending a recognised educational institute or accredited school, university or college., etc.
- Associated with IDP Education
Required Documentation:
Students must carry a valid Student Visa, valid ID card or acceptance letter from the school, college or university.
*Terms and Conditions:
- Travel: Applicable on any Domestic or International route for flights operated by Air India, and not applicable on codeshare/interline travel.
- Advance reservation and ticketing:
- Reservations and ticketing for each travel segment must be completed at the same time.
- Waitlist and standby not permitted.
- Sales restriction: Concessionary fares can be issued from Air India city ticketing offices, airport ticketing offices, the Air India call centre, and from www.airindia.com and mobile app.
- Sale and travel validity: until further notice.
- Standard fees apply for flight changes, cancellations, or refunds.
- Discount is valid on both one-way and round-trip bookings in Economy, Premium Economy and Business cabin classes. However, discount amounts could differ for different cabin classes.
- Except for one free date change, fare rules/penalties for cancellations, refunds, rebooking, and reissues as per the respective cabin class will apply.
- Concessional fares are subject to the availability of seats.
- The tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable.
- No name changes are permitted.
- Proper verification of valid ID/documents:
- Identity verification is MANDATORY and will be carried out at the time of ticketing at a city ticketing office or airport ticketing office and again at check-in points at the airport.
- Passengers must carry proof of identification throughout the journey. No one has the authority to waive the condition of the documentation check.
- Boarding will be denied if identity proof is not provided at the boarding gate.
- Airport managers and duty managers undertake surprise checks.
- In case the relevant ID /Documents are not presented at the time of check-in, the passenger will be charged two (2) times the booked fare plus applicable taxes.
- All general conditions of carriage apply.
- Students can enjoy a free baggage allowance of 25 kg/ 55 lb on Economy and Premium Economy, and 35 kg on Business Class for domestic bookings, regardless of the fare band.
- For International travel bookings, students enjoy 10 kg additional for Economy (Value brand) up to a maximum of 40 kg, 10 kg additional for PEY (Classic brand) up to a maximum of 45 kg, and 10 kg additional for Business (Classic brand) up to maximum 50 kg.
- For international travel bookings where the piece concept applies, students are entitled to 2 pcs x 23 kg of baggage in Economy and Premium Economy classes, and 2 pcs x 32 kg for Business Class.
- Air India Limited reserves the right to cancel an order in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated, and the amount paid will be forfeited.
- Air India may at any moment change, add, modify, withdraw or cancel the offer without citing any reasons or any prior notice to anyone, at its sole discretion.
- Air India will not be liable in any manner to any person, in respect of this offer.
