  1. This Offer is made by Air India Limited ("Air India") to customers booking Air India flights from 00:01 hours IST on 21 April 2026 till 23:59 hours IST on 25 April 2026 ("Offer Period"), subject to seat inventory availability and the terms and conditions mentioned below. By participating in or availing of the Offer, the customer unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions.
  2. During the Offer Period, Air India offers the advertised discounts on the advertised routes ("Offer") to customers on all channels, including Air India website, mobile app, contact centre and through authorised travel agents.
  3. The advertised discount under the Offer is applicable on the base fare only. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges shall be payable in addition to the base fare.
  4. The Offer is valid for one‑way international bookings only, on eligible routes, as detailed below.
  5. The Offer shall be valid on the following routes and travel periods:
    • Eligible SHI routes: Flights into India, for travel from 29 April 2026 to 15 October 2026
    • Europe (excluding UK) routes: Flights ex‑Europe (excluding UK) to all destinations on Air India network, for travel from 1 May 2026 to 30 September 2026
    • UK routes: Flights ex‑UK to all destinations on Air India network, for travel till 10 December 2026
  6. For bookings originating from eligible SHI routes, the Offer shall be valid only on bookings made at least 10 days prior to the date of departure. Bookings that do not meet the advance purchase requirement shall not be eligible for the Offer.
  7. The Offer is applicable for adult and child passengers only; infants are excluded.
  8. Group bookings are not eligible for this Offer.
  9. Limited seats are available under the Offer and will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. The Offer is only valid for the Offer Period and is subject to seat inventory availability at the time of booking.
  10. The Offer is applicable only on flights operated by Air India.
  11. Bookings made under the Offer are subject to applicable fare rules, including change, cancellation, no‑show, and refund charges, as per the fare selected at the time of booking. All bookings made under the Offer shall be governed by Air India’s Conditions of Carriage, as available on www.airindia.com.
  12. The ancillary offer of flat 10% off on Premium Economy, Front Row and Emergency Exit seat selection is subject to availability and applicable seat selection rules.
  13. Additional logged‑in user benefits, including fare discounts and convenience fee reduction, are subject to user login and applicable booking conditions.
  14. Air India reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or withdraw the Offer, in part or in full, at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  15. Air India’s decisions with respect to all transactions under this Offer shall be final and binding on all customers seeking to avail this Offer.
  16. Air India shall not be liable to customer or third party for any consequential loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with the Offer.
  17. Images, visuals, and representations used in promotional creatives are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual product or service.
  18. This Offer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
