By registering for the event, you and your guest agree to the event terms and conditions.


Please note: Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Registration does not guarantee a seat; a confirmation email will be sent to members whose bookings are confirmed. As seats are limited, members who were confirmed but did not attend the event will be subject to a deduction of 20,000 Maharaja Points as a penalty.*

  1. This is an exclusive event and is open to Platinum and Gold Maharaja Club member(s) in Delhi NCR and their registered guests only, and participation is subject to availability. 
  2. Seats are limited. Registration does not automatically confirm participation. The confirmed participants will be informed separately. As seats are limited, members who were confirmed but did not attend the event will be subject to a deduction of 20,000 Maharaja Points as a penalty.
  3. For the purposes of managing and administering the event, Air India has engaged a third-party agency as our authorized point of contact. Certain personal data of the Maharaja Club members may be shared with the agency strictly on a need-to-know basis to facilitate event-related requirements. The agency may contact the participants directly to confirm their registration and to provide updates and other related information relating to the event. The agency shall process personal data solely on Air India’s instructions and is bound by a data processing agreement executed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 
  4. Members may not transfer or assign their registration or entry to any other individual. The Maharaja Club member who has registered for the event must be personally present at the event along with their registered guest. Entry will not be permitted to guests if the registered Maharaja Club member is not present. Event registrations are non-transferable and non-resalable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or misuse the event registration may result in cancellation of participation without reinstatement of Maharaja Points. 
  5. Air India reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the venue in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, venue policies, or instructions issued by event staff or security personnel. 
  6. Participants must be eighteen (18) years and above. Please carry a valid ID proof along with you. 
  7. F&B from outside is not permitted. 
  8. Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the security management team at the venue. 
  9. Participants consuming alcoholic beverages during the event are expected to do so responsibly. Air India reserves the right to deny service or remove individuals exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour. Alcohol will only be served to attendees of legal drinking age as per the state regulations. 
  10. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be confiscated with or without the owner from the venue. 
  11. People in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry. 
  12. Pets are not allowed at the venue. All venue rules must be followed. 
  13. Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings. Air India will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage of any personal items during the event. 
  14. Air India shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, venue issues, artist cancellation, or other unforeseen events. 
  15. Air India  shall have the right to admit any authorised photographers into the venue for photography and/or video recordings for future advertising and promotional purposes without any requirement for permission from any entrant whatsoever. 
  16. Participants acknowledge and agree that any personal data they voluntarily provide shall be used for the purposes of this campaign, such as assessing their eligibility for this campaign, making required arrangements for the event and publishing testimonials on Air India website and pages. All personal data of the participants processed by Air India Limited shall be in line with the Air India Privacy Notice. 
  17. Kindly note that this is a recorded event. By attending the event, all participants acknowledge that images, videos, or recordings of the event may be used by Air India Limited for future marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, without any further consent or compensation. 
  18. Air India Limited shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense suffered by participants, or any third parties at the event/venue, including but not limited to the organization, execution, safety, quality, or delivery of the event or any services provided therein. 
  19. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Air India Limited, its staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of  or in connection with their participation in the event. 
  20. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety at the event. Air India Limited will take reasonable measures but does not guarantee a risk-free environment. 
  21. Participants are requested to arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once the event has begun, in order to avoid disruption to the event. 
  22. Participants are responsible for being mindful of their own allergies or dietary sensitivities. Air India shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions, health issues, or discomfort arising during or after the event. 
  23. Air India reserves the right to request a participant to leave in case of unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour, without any obligation or compensation. 
  24. Air India reserves the right to make changes to the event, reschedule, or cancel the event if required due to operational or unforeseen reasons. 
  25. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 
  26. Air India’s decision on all matters related to the event will be final.
