Steps to delete your Registered Customer account

To delete your Registered Customer account, send an email to our Data Protection Officer at data.privacy@airindia.com from your registered email ID. If you do not have a registered email ID, please include your registered mobile number along with the country code in the email.

Upon verification of your request, and unless retention is required under applicable law or in accordance with the Company’s data retention policy, your account will be deleted irreversibly.

Once your Registered Customer account is deleted, your login access will be revoked, saved details will be lost and all account transactions will be deleted.
