Maharaja Club Experiences presents ‘The Valentine Masterclass’ hosted by Chef Shivesh Bhatia

This Valentine’s season, we’re making it extra sweet, quite literally. Warm ovens, rich flavours, and a little indulgence, made from scratch.

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Venue: The Lavonne Academy of Baking Science & Pastry Arts

The workshop will be followed by a high tea. All ingredients and baking equipment will be provided at the venue.

  1. This workshop is open to Platinum, Gold and Silver Maharaja Club member(s) and their registered guests only, and participation is subject to availability.
  2. Participants must be eighteen (18) years and above.
  3. Seats are limited. Registration does not automatically confirm participation. The confirmed participants will be informed separately. As seats are limited, participants who register but do not attend the workshop may be subject to a deduction of 5, 000 Maharaja Points as a penalty.
  4. This is an interactive baking workshop, and participants may be required to handle and/or consume ingredients such as eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts, etc. We request participants to register only if they are comfortable with this. Participants are responsible for being mindful of their own allergies or dietary sensitivities. Air India shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions, health issues, or discomfort arising during or after the workshop.
  5. We request all participants to follow the instructor’s instructions and basic safety and hygiene guidelines during the session so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience.
  6. While every effort will be made to ensure a smooth experience, Air India will not be responsible for any injury, health issues, or loss/damage of personal belongings during the event.
  7. Pets are not allowed at the venue. All venue rules must be followed.
  8. Photography and videography will take place during the workshop. By attending, participants agree that event photos or videos may be used by Maharaja Club for communication or promotional purposes.
  9. Air India reserves the right to make changes to the event, reschedule, or cancel the workshop if required due to operational or unforeseen reasons.
  10. Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings. Air India will not be responsible for loss or damage of any personal items.
  11. Air India reserves the right to request a participant to leave in case of unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour, without any obligation or compensation.
  12. Participants are requested to arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once the session has begun, in order to avoid disruption to the workshop.
  13. Air India’s decision on all matters related to the event will be final.
