You can submit a Claim for Missing Points only 7 days after your date of travel
if your Maharaja Club ID was not added during booking or check-in.
Eligible flights include those operated by Air India and our 24 Star Alliance Partner Airlines.
- Air India flights: You can Claim Missing Points up to 12 months from your travel date. Maharaja Points will be credited even if you were not a Maharaja Club member on the date of travel.
- Star Alliance partner flights: Claim period vary by airlines: 365 days (12 months), 210 days (7 months), or 180 days (6 months) from the date of travel. Maharaja Points cannot be claimed if you were not a Maharaja Club member on the date of travel.
- Vistara flights: Claim Missing Points feature has been discontinued effective 12 May 2025, following the closure of the 6-month claim window for the last eligible Vistara flight on 12 November 2024.
