There are a few things most travellers want to do as soon as they land in a new country: find the hotel, book a cab, message home and, inevitably, check the map.
That can be surprisingly difficult without mobile data.
EasyRoam, Air India’s travel SIM service, lets customers get connected before they fly. Choose your destination, pick a data or voice-and-data plan and install the eSIM before you leave India.
Visit the dedicated page on the Air India website, select your destination and choose a data-only or voice + data plan. Plans start at INR 241, excluding taxes, with destination-specific and global options available.
Once you’ve selected your plan, purchase the eSIM online. It will be delivered digitally, so you can install it on your compatible phone before your trip.
Once you land, switch to EasyRoam, connect to the local network and you’re ready to use your phone, from finding your hotel and booking a cab to messaging family back home.
EasyRoam plans start at INR 241, excluding taxes. During the introductory offer, the eSIM is available at no additional cost.
Customers purchasing eligible data plans can also receive up to 1GB of additional complimentary data. The offer applies across covered countries except Maldives and Mauritius.
EasyRoam is currently available across 30 countries, with coverage planned to expand progressively to up to 190 countries.
A new destination comes with enough to figure out. With EasyRoam, travellers can arrange their connectivity before they leave, so they can spend less time looking for a SIM and more time getting on with the trip.
Choose your plan, install your eSIM and get going.
