Advertised Fare Terms and Conditions

  1. This Offer is made by Air India Limited (“Air India”) to customers booking Air India flights subject to seat inventory availability and the terms and conditions mentioned below. By participating in or availing of the Offer, the customer unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions.
  2. Air India offers the advertised fares on the advertised routes (“Offer”) to customers on all channels, including Air India website, mobile app, contact centre and through authorised travel agents.
  3. The fares advertised under the Offer represent the lowest available published fares offered by Air India to the specified destination across any operated sector. Unless stated otherwise, all fares displayed or advertised under the Offer are all-inclusive, comprising the base fare and all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.
  4. Limited seats are available under the Offer and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Fares are dynamic and subject to change without notice due to factors including seat availability, booking class inventory, travel dates, and demand. The Offer is subject to seat inventory availability at the time of booking. 
  5. The Offer is applicable only on flights operated by Air India.
  6. Bookings made under the Offer are subject to applicable fare rules, including change, cancellation, no-show, and refund charges, as per the fare selected at the time of booking. All bookings made under the Offer shall be governed by Air India’s  Conditions of Carriage,  as available on www.airindia.com.
  7. Air India reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or withdraw the Offer, in part or in full, at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  8. Air India’s decisions with respect to all transactions under this Offer shall be final and binding on all customers seeking to avail this Offer. 
  9. Air India shall not be liable to customer or third party for any consequential loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with the Offer.
  10. Images, visuals, and representations used in promotional creatives are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual destination, product or service.
  11. This Offer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
