Maharaja Club Experiences presents Coffee Masterclass
A curated experience centred around the culture and artistry of specialty coffee.
From understanding the nuances of specialty beans to mastering brewing techniques, this masterclass offers members a deeper appreciation of coffee craftsmanship through expert-led demonstrations, guided tastings and hands-on learning.

The workshop will be followed by a high tea. All ingredients and equipment will be provided at the venue.
- This is an exclusive event and is open to Platinum and Gold Maharaja Club member(s) and their registered guests only, and participation is subject to availability.
- Event registrations are personal to the registered Maharaja Club member and their registered guest and are non-transferable, non-assignable and non-resalable. Any attempt to transfer, assign, sell or otherwise misuse a registration may result in cancellation of participation.
- Seats are limited. Registration does not automatically confirm participation. The confirmed participants will be informed separately. As seats are limited, participants who register but do not attend the event may be subject to a deduction of 5,000 Maharaja Points as a penalty.
- By participating in this campaign, the personal data you voluntarily provide to Air India - including your and your guest’s name, email address, mobile number, food preferences, and Maharaja Club membership details - will be used to assess your eligibility for the event and to coordinate event-related communications and arrangements. Please note that this is a recorded event, and you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during your participation. You acknowledge and understand that any personal data you provide shall be processed as per these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice.
- Air India reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any given time without prior notice.
- This is an interactive coffee brewing workshop and may involve the preparation, handling, and tasting of coffee and related ingredients such as dairy, nuts, etc. We request participants to register only if they are comfortable with this. Participants are responsible for being mindful of their own allergies or dietary sensitivities. Air India shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions, health issues, or discomfort arising during or after the workshop. Participants are solely responsible for assessing their own suitability to participate in the workshop and consume any food or beverages offered during the event.
- The workshop and venue are operated by independent third parties. Air India acts solely as the facilitator of access to the event for eligible Maharaja Club members and shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, representations or conduct of any third-party organizer, venue operator, instructor or service provider in connection with the event.
- Participants must be eighteen (18) years and above. Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
- Participants are required to follow the instructions provided by the coffee expert, venue staff, and event representatives at all times. Air India reserves the right to deny continued participation to anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
- F&B from outside is not permitted.
- Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
- No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
- People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
- Pets are not allowed at the venue. All venue rules must be followed.
- Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings. Air India will not be responsible for loss or damage of any personal items.
- Air India shall have the right to admit any authorised photographers into the venue for photography and/or video recordings for future advertising and promotional purposes without any requirement for permission from any entrant whatsoever.
- Participants consent to the use of their images, videos, or recordings by Air India Limited for future marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, without any further consent or compensation.
- To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Air India Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, injury, damage, or expense suffered by participants, or any third parties at the event/venue.
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Air India Limited, its staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the event.
- Participants are responsible for their own health and safety at the event. Air India Limited will take reasonable measures but does not guarantee a risk-free environment.
- Participants are requested to arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once the event has begun, in order to avoid disruption to the event.
- Air India reserves the right to request a participant to leave in case of unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour, without any obligation or compensation.
- Air India reserves the right to make changes to the event, reschedule, or cancel the event if required due to operational or unforeseen reasons.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Air India’s decision on all matters related to the event will be final.
