Terms and Conditions:
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the offer for award of bonus Maharaja Points to eligible Maharaja Club members for completion of three or more eligible flights (the "Offer"), organised by the Frequent Flier Programme (Maharaja Club) of Air India Limited ("Air India").
2. Registration for the Offer is mandatory. Eligible members must successfully register through the registration link provided in the offer communication before completing their qualifying flights to be eligible to receive the Bonus Maharaja Points pursuant to the Offer.
3. This Offer is open only to selected Maharaja Club members who: (i) have enrolled for Maharaja Club on or after January 1, 2026 and / or have undertaken any accrual flight activity on Air India or Air India Express flights on or after January 1, 2026; and (ii) have received an Offer email from Air India Maharaja Club containing a registration link for this Offer. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be availed for the benefit of, or in relation to travel activity undertaken by, any person other than the selected Maharaja Club member.
4. Eligible members must book and complete three (3) or more eligible flights between 24 September 2026 and 31 October 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Offer Period”) to be eligible to earn 3X Maharaja Points on eligible flight activity, subject to these Terms and Conditions. For example, where a member is eligible to earn 6 Maharaja Points per ₹100 spent, the member will earn a total of 18 Maharaja Points per ₹100 spent under this Offer. Any additional Bonus Maharaja Points earned pursuant to the Offer will be credited to the eligible Maharaja Club account on or before 31 December 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, Maharaja Points originally accruing on account of flight booking shall be credited in accordance with the Maharaja Club Terms and Conditions.
5. The actual number of Bonus Maharaja Points awarded will vary based on the member's applicable earn rate under the Maharaja Club Programme.
6. Bonus Maharaja Points will be awarded only after Air India verifies member eligibility, successful registration and qualifying flight activity.
7. For the purpose of this Offer, an eligible flight refers to a revenue flight marketed and operated by Air India or Air India Express (including any flights marketed and operated via a codeshare arrangement between Air India and Air India Express), booked with the Member's Maharaja Club ID added to the booking and successfully flown during the Offer Period. Flights marketed and operated under codeshare arrangements with other airlines are not eligible for the Offer.
8. Retro claims submitted for eligible flights flown during the Offer Period will not be considered.
9. Flights booked through any channel, including Air India and Air India Express websites and mobile apps, travel agents, online travel agencies (OTAs), airport ticketing offices, and call centres, qualify for this promotion.
10. The offer is applicable across all cabin classes, including First, Business, Premium Economy and Economy.
11. Only revenue (cash or cash+points) ticket purchases qualify for this Offer. Award Flights, complimentary tickets, voucher-based bookings, redemption flights and all other non-revenue tickets are excluded.
12. Cancelled, refunded, no-show, charter and other non-qualifying flights will not be considered eligible.
13. Flights impacted by Irregular Operations (IROP) and re-accommodated by and on Air India or under a codeshare with Air India Express may remain eligible for the Offer if the rebooked flight falls within the Offer Period. In the event any such re-accommodation results in flight activity undertaken outside the Offer Period, members can reach out to Air India’s customer care to check their eligibility for the Offer.
14. If an eligible flight is rescheduled by the member to a date outside the Offer Period, it will no longer qualify for the offer.
15. Each eligible member may receive the bonus only once under this Offer.
16. Bonus Maharaja Points awarded under this Offer will be valid for 12 months from the date of credit. Validity may be extended based on eligible flight activity, as per Maharaja Club programme T&Cs.
17. Bonus Maharaja Points awarded under this Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other monetary consideration and are non-transferable.
18. This Offer cannot be combined with any other Maharaja Club bonus offer or incentive unless expressly stated by Air India.
19. Air India reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Members and to withhold, cancel, reclaim, withdraw or deduct, at its sole discretion, any Bonus Maharaja Points awarded where fraudulent activity or abuse of the Offer or breach of these Terms and Conditions or of the Maharaja Club Terms and Conditions is identified or suspected by Air India.
20. Any queries or disputes regarding the bonus Maharaja Points must be raised within 90 days from the conclusion of the Offer Period.
21. Air India shall not be held liable for any incorrect Maharaja Club ID or other details provided by the Member at the time of registration for the Offer or booking of the eligible flight. Maharaja Club IDs or other details shared with Air India by the Member at the time of transaction shall be deemed final.
22. By participating in the Offer, each Member agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Air India Website Terms of Use and Maharaja Club Programme Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to and shall not supersede the terms and conditions (including the Maharaja Club terms and conditions) as stated on Air India’s website www.airindia.com, all of which shall remain applicable. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in disqualification from the offer and cancellation, withdrawal or forfeiture of any bonus Maharaja Points awarded.
23. Air India reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, alter, modify, suspend or withdraw the Offer, or amend, alter or replace these Terms and Conditions, wholly or in part, at any time without prior notice.
24. By registering to participate in this offer and completing the steps set out above for the accrual of bonus Maharaja Points, the member acknowledges that their personal data will be processed to determine eligibility, administer the Offer, and award the applicable benefits, in accordance with the Air India Privacy Notice and the Terms and Conditions of this Offer.
25. This offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
26. By participating in the offer, the member is deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions.
