Hotel Accommodation and Transportation

Terms & Conditions for Passengers**

  1. This accommodation is provided by Air India due to a flight disruption and is valid only for the date(s) mentioned on the voucher.
  2. Transportation between the airport and hotel (cab/shuttle/bus) will be arranged by our service partner unless specified otherwise.
  3. Meal entitlements (if applicable based on the time of day) Passengers will be provided set meals as per the hotel’s offering. Any additional or special meal requests will be chargeable.
  4. Any additional services such as room service, minibar, laundry, telephone charges, or any upgrades requested directly by the passenger must be paid by the passenger.
  5. Check‑in and check‑out timings will follow the hotel’s policy. Early check‑in or late check‑out is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges payable by the passenger.
  6. Passengers must carry a valid government ID to complete check‑in at the hotel.
  7. Hotel rooms are strictly non‑transferable and should not be shared with individuals not listed on the Air India manifest.
  8. Baggage and personal belongings remain the responsibility of the passenger. Neither Air India nor the hotel will be liable for loss/damage of personal items.
  9. Transport timings from hotel to airport must be strictly followed. Passengers are responsible for reporting on time for the arranged transportation.
  10. Any behavioural misconduct at the hotel or towards staff may result in cancellation of accommodation and further action as per Air India policy.
  11. Passengers are requested to coordinate only through the Air India airport team for any changes, clarifications, or service issues related to this voucher.
  12. For safety reasons, passengers must adhere to all hotel rules, including fire safety, guest movement restrictions, and ID verification procedures.
  13. This hotel accommodation does not entitle the passenger to any additional compensation, monetary or otherwise for services already provided by Air India such as hotel and transportation.
  14. In case of any operational changes, Air India reserves the right to modify hotel or transport arrangements as required.
