Noi Bai International Airport is connected to the city through various public and private transportation options, such as:

The airport is located approximately 30 km north of Hanoi city centre.

Taxi pick-up area

Taxi pick-up zones are available outside the arrival areas.
Signages are displayed across the airport to guide passengers to designated pick-up points.

Inter-terminal connectivity

Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are connected via the free “NIA Shuttle Bus” service.

To Travel Between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2:

Passengers can use the free shuttle bus service operating every 15–30 minutes. The journey takes approximately 8–10 minutes.
The shuttle operates daily from 06:00 to 01:30 the next day.
