Maharaja Club Contest
Terms and Conditions:
This contest is restricted to Maharaja Club members residing in India only, aged 18 or above at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Air India Limited (“Air India”) and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Participants acknowledge and agree that any personal data they voluntarily provide, such as their names, contact details, Maharaja Club details and social media IDs, shall be used for the purposes of this campaign, including for assessing their eligibility for this campaign, making required arrangements for the event and announcing winners or publishing testimonials on Air India website and social media pages. All personal data of the participants processed by Air India shall be in line with the Air India Privacy Notice.
By registering for this campaign, participants acknowledge and agree that all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to any image, video, publication and any reproductions created for or during the campaign, including those captured at the event or used for announcing winners shall at all times be the exclusive property of Air India. Participants agree that no compensation or royalty is owed and waive any related claims.
Air India’s responsibility is limited to providing access to the concert. All costs related to travel, accommodation, and any other incidental expenses shall be borne solely by the winners.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the contest.
Air India is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any circumstances beyond its control.
This contest is subject to the sole discretion of Air India, and Air India reserves the right to revoke, modify, cancel or extend this contest, without any prior notice.
The winners are decided solely by Air India in accordance with terms and conditions detailed herein and no queries or challenges to such selection shall be entertained. Air India’s decision regarding winner selection and all contest matters is final and binding.
This contest is subject to the Maharaja Club terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Offer Terms and the Maharaja Club terms and conditions, the terms of this Offer will prevail.
The terms and conditions of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
Air India will not be liable in any manner to any person, in respect of this contest.
Air India’s interpretation of any term and condition herein shall be final and will not be subject to any challenge.
