From the precision of the flight deck to the dedication of the cabin crew and the critical coordination on the ground, these flights are a celebration of the talent that fuels the airline. The 9 flights operated by Air India were on select international and domestic routes including London Heathrow, New Delhi and Mumbai were managed by all-women teams that included pilots, cabin crew, crew roster planning analysts, rostering personnel , flight dispatchers and a meteorologist planning and monitoring flights from departure to arrival, crew flight controllers and even female operations control duty manager overseeing flight operations.
