Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration on our website www.airindia.com is mandatory to participate in the SBI Points Conversion Offer to earn Bonus Maharaja Points.
  2. The offer period starts on 28th November 2025, at 00:00 AM and ends on 10th December 2025 at 11:59 PM (both days 28th November and 10th December inclusive).
  3. To earn Bonus Maharaja Points, members must register their Maharaja Club ID using the registration option available on the Air India website, www.airindia.com.
  4. Points converted from SBI Reward Points to Maharaja Points prior to the registration for this offer will not be eligible for the bonus Maharaja Points.
  5. Bonus Maharaja Points will only be awarded for the conversions occurring during the offer period set out above.
  6. The bonus Maharaja Points will be awarded only to members who convert Reward Points from SBI Air India Credit Cards into Maharaja Points. 
  7. A minimum conversion of 5,000 Maharaja Points is required to earn bonus Maharaja Points. A Maharaja Club member is eligible to earn a maximum of 2,00,000 bonus Maharaja Points during the offer period.
  8. The offer is applicable solely to the first conversion made on the Air India SBI credit card during the offer period. For example, if a Maharaja Club member converts 1,00,000 SBI Reward Points first and then the 50,000 SBI Reward Points as a second conversion within the offer period, the member will only be eligible for the Bonus Maharaja Points on the first conversion of 1,00,000 Maharaja Points.
  9. Bonus Maharaja Points will be awarded based on the conversion date within the offer period and in accordance with the eligible transaction slabs specified herein below:

  10. Bonus Maharaja Points will be credited to the respective Maharaja Club ID within sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the offer period.
  11. Members can convert SBI Reward Points accrued on their Air India SBI Credit Card into Maharaja Points through the SBI Card website, the SBI Card mobile application, or by contacting the SBI Card helpline at 1860 180 1290 or 39020202 (prefix local STD code).
  12. Any queries or disputes regarding the Bonus Maharaja Points must be raised within 90 (ninety) days from the conclusion of the offer period. 
  13. The conversion or transfer of Reward Points to Maharaja Points shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the SBI’s loyalty program. For further details, members are advised to refer to the SBI website and contact them directly in case of any queries.
  14. Air India shall not be held liable for any incorrect Maharaja Club ID(s) provided by the member or the bank. Maharaja Club IDs shared by SBIC post transfer of Points shall be deemed final.
  15. This offer is valid only for the Air India SBI Credit Card Holders and governed by the transfer ratios, minimum thresholds and transfer charges specified by SBIC.
  16. Maharaja Points once credited will not be reversed.
  17. Air India reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, without prior notice or withdraw it altogether.
  18. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion or offer unless stated otherwise.
  19. By registering to participate in this offer and completing the steps set out above for the accrual of Bonus Points, the member hereby consents to the processing of their personal data by Air India in accordance with Air India’s Privacy Policy. The member explicitly consents and opts in to receive communications from Air India pertaining to this offer. Such communications may include, but are not limited to, promotional material, updates, and offers, via email, SMS, or other communication channels as deemed appropriate by Air India. The member may withdraw consent to receive such communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in the email or by contacting us.
  20. The decision and interpretation of Air India, and SBIC will be final and binding and any correspondence or challenges in this regard will not be entertained. Air India and SBIC will not be liable in any manner to any person, in respect of this offer.
  21. These terms and conditions are in addition to and shall not supersede the terms and conditions (including the Maharaja Club terms and conditions) as stated on Air India’s website www.airindia.com. All such terms and conditions shall remain applicable to the offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and Maharaja Club T&Cs, the Maharaja Club T&Cs will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
  22. This offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
  23. By participating in the offer, the customer/Maharaja Club member is deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions.
