In view of the continuing situation in the Middle East impacting flight operations, Air India is offering customers the option of complimentary rescheduling or full refunds on cancellation for confirmed bookings made on or before 28 February 2026 on flights to and from the Middle East, the UK and Europe for travel up to 10 March 2026.
In response to high demand amid the ongoing situation in West Asia, Air India is deploying additional capacity to Toronto, Frankfurt, and Paris (CDG - Charles de Gaulle).
Air India is closely monitoring the evolving situation in the Middle East and has started operating a few flights to and from Dubai and Jeddah to bring back stranded passengers giving highest priority to their safety and wellbeing.

In view of the continuing situation in the Middle East, Air India has extended the suspension of all flights to and from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Qatar until 2359 hrs IST on 2 March 2026.

Effective 25 February 2026, Air India will be operating its flights from Terminal 5 of the King Khaled International Airport, Riyadh (RUH).

NH-566 will remain closed until May 31, 2026, diverting all Goa Airport traffic through internal and alternate routes. Passengers are advised to plan their journey and leave for the airport earlier than usual to avoid delays.
From October 26, 2025, some Air India domestic flights will move from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 at Delhi Airport. Starting 01 October 2025, all foreign nationals entering India are required to complete the India Digital Disembarkation (e-Arrival) form prior to arrival. Access the form at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/earrival/.
Passengers travelling on international-to-international (I-I) itineraries via Lucknow, Pune, Tiruchirappalli, Surat, or Amritsar must have a valid Indian visa to transit through India. Indian citizens are exempt from this requirement and may transit without a visa. Kindly ensure that visa requirements are met prior to booking or boarding.
Due to ongoing construction at JFK Airport, road access may be limited, causing potential delays. Passengers are advised to arrive early to ensure timely check-in.
