• Air India Maharaja Club and Healthians have partnered to offer Maharaja Club members 14 Maharaja Points for every INR 100 spent on eligible health check-ups, products, and services booked through the Healthians app.
• Members must download the Healthians app (iOS or Android), or update their existing app, and link their Maharaja Club account to be eligible to earn Maharaja Points under this partnership.
• To link their account, members must visit the Healthians app, navigate to the "Healthians Partners" section under their Profile, and select "Air India Maharaja Club".
• The mobile number logged in with Healthians app will be auto populated.
• Members can choose to edit the mobile numbers and must enter the registered mobile number with their Maharaja Club account to successfully complete the account-linking process.
• The mobile number registered with Healthians may be different and can be edited during the account-linking process.
• Individuals who are not Maharaja Club members may enrol through the Maharaja Club sign-up process and subsequently link their accounts.
• If the Maharaja Club Membership ID is invalid, the account will not be linked, and Maharaja Points will not accrue until a valid membership registration is completed.
• This offer is available only to customers recognized by Air India as members of the Maharaja Club loyalty programme ("Eligible Users"), in accordance with the Maharaja Club Terms and Conditions and the activation process communicated by Air India.
• Maharaja Points will be credited within 3 to 5 working days following successful purchase completion, sample collection, and delivery of test reports for eligible transactions.
• Maharaja Points will not be credited if the Maharaja Club account is not linked to Healthians before the transaction is completed. Transactions made without a valid Maharaja Club Membership ID and account linkage will not be eligible for retroactive points claims.
• Maharaja Points will be calculated on the net transaction value, excluding discounts, promotional codes, taxes, convenience fees, and any other applicable charges.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, or coupon unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Maharaja Points will not be awarded on cancelled, refunded, failed, disputed, or fraudulent transactions. In the event Maharaja Points have already been credited for such transactions, Air India reserves the right to debit the corresponding points from the member's Maharaja Club account.
• The list of health check-up plans, products, and services available on Healthians is dynamic and may change at any time at Healthians' sole discretion.
• Healthians acts solely as an intermediary facilitating the fulfilment of services offered by third-party partners and shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of such services.
• All transactions are final. Refunds, cancellations, and modifications will be governed solely by the applicable Healthians refund and cancellation policy.
• Air India and Healthians reserve the right to revise the Maharaja Points earn rate and/or introduce promotional earning opportunities at their sole discretion.
• The Healthians Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, shall govern the use of Healthians services and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Eligible Users may not assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any rights or obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions.
• By participating in this offer, members consent to receiving marketing and promotional communications from Healthians through email, SMS, phone calls, push notifications, or other communication channels, subject to applicable laws.

1) What is the Healthians and Air India Maharaja Club Partnership?

3) When will the Maharaja Points be credited to my account?

Maharaja Points earned will be credited to the member’s Maharaja Club account within 4-5 days of the completion of the transaction and report generation (in case of lab tests) on the Healthians platform.

4) How can I avail the benefit of the partnership?
Visit the Healthians mobile app or website and go to the Profile section. Select the Air India Maharaja Club icon and enter the mobile number registered with your Maharaja Club account to link your accounts. Once linked, you can start earning Maharaja Points on every eligible order placed with Healthians.

7) What is Maharaja Point?

Maharaja Point refers to the Points that are earned by an Eligible User under the loyalty program of Air India, referred to as Maharaja Club. The membership can be availed only by a Maharaja Club member recognised by Air India under its loyalty programme, in accordance with the rules of the Frequent Flyer Programme (“Eligible User”). The Maharaja Points earned can be redeemed within the Air India ecosystem for Award Flights and Cabin Upgrades.
