How to earn
- Book online on Avis website, via Customer Support or walk into Avis rental station to get your car rental quote based on your pick-up and drop-off locations and trip dates.
- Select your preferred car based on price, number of seats, baggage allowance and more.
- Provide your 9-digit Maharaja Club ID before proceeding to confirm your booking.
- While receiving your car, present your Maharaja Club information for verification.
- Your Maharaja Points will be visible in the recent activity section of your Maharaja Club account within 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of your trip.

Terms and Conditions
- Maharaja Points will be credited within 6 to 8 weeks for completed trips alone.
- Maharaja Points will be earned on bookings made through Avis websites, via Avis call centres or walk into Avis rental station.
- Maharaja Points can be earned only on eligible self-drive rentals from Avis available at participating locations worldwide, excluding locations in Alaska and India.
- To earn points, please fill in your 9-digit numeric Maharaja Club account ID correctly while booking online.
- It is mandatory to provide your Maharaja Club details while receiving the car.
- Points will not be earned on Avis contracted rates, chauffeur-drive, tour operator and travel industry rates, replacement/insurance rates, selected association programs, monthly rentals, award rentals, net rate programs, Avis Prestige and commercial vehicle rentals.
- If the rental is in non-INR currency, then the currency will be changed to INR at the Avis Exchange rate applicable on date of rental commencement (the date the car is collected).
- Points will be awarded on rentals made for a maximum length of 28 consecutive days. Any additional days will not be eligible to earn points.
- Points will be awarded on the base rental rate and not on taxes, fuel or additional fees.
- A maximum of 10,000 points will be awarded per qualifying rental.
- Renters can only claim Miles for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time.
- Maharaja Club members will be eligible to earn points only if the full name in the rental agreement matches the full name in the membership account.
- If any other non-Maharaja Club Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number is present in a customer’s Avis Preferred profile and this is used in the rental booking no points will be awarded and once booked this cannot be reversed.
- By redeeming this offer, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid terms and conditions.
- Offer is subject to change without notice. In case of any dispute, Air India and Avis reserve the right to the final decision.
- Air India reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate this arrangement at any point without prior notice and shall not be liable to any Maharaja Club member or any person for any such modification, discontinuation, or termination. Air India will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, bodily injury or death arising out of this offer or purchase, use or non-use of any products services under this offer.
- Air India does not make any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability, or availability of services offered by Avis. You acknowledge that Air India does not endorse, control, or guarantee the quality or fitness of any such products/services. Any dispute in relation to delivery, suitability, merchantability, availability, fitness or quality of the products/services availed under the offer must be referred by the customer directly to Avis.
- Air India is not an agent or an intermediary of Avis. Avis reserves the right to contract with you, and Air India does not control Avis and cannot compel them to contract with you. Air India will not be a party to any contract you entered with Avis.
- These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions applicable to Maharaja Club members specified on our website. www.airindia.com, whose terms and conditions shall also apply to this offer.

- The offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
- *Avis President’s Club members are guaranteed cars on bookings made at least 48 hours in advance.

- The booking period starts from 2 June and ends on 31 July 2025, inclusive.
- The car pick-up period starts from 2 June and ends on 15 December 2025, inclusive.
- Maharaja Club members can earn triple points (3X) – which is 12 points per INR 100 spent on qualifying rental with minimum 3 consecutive days’ rental (min. 72 hours rental) during the promotion period.
- If the rental is in non-INR currency, then the currency will be changed to INR at the Avis Exchange rate applicable on date of rental commencement (the date the car is collected).
- A maximum of 10,000 points will be awarded per qualifying rental.
- Bonus points are applicable to participating Avis locations in the Africa, Asia Pacific, Canada, Europe, Middle East and the USA (exclude Alaska) only.
- The Bonus points are valid for rentals with car group C or above only. Car Group A and B are not eligible.
- Booking confirmation is subject to car availability and 24 hours advance booking prior to the rental car pick-up time is required for the promotion.
- To qualify for the bonus points, members must book on the dedicated Avis – Air India website and select Maharaja Club membership tier on “Customer Type” field. Members must quote their Maharaja Club membership number when making their reservation. The Maharaja Club - Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number will apply to member’s reservation automatically.
- Bonus points will be credited to the member’s account 4 to 6 weeks after the completion of each eligible car rental.
- Points will be awarded on rentals made for a maximum length of 28 consecutive days. Rentals longer than 28 days are not qualified for points earning.
- Points will be awarded on the base rental rate (time and mileage only) and not on taxes, fuel or additional fees, will exclude any charges for damage (actual damage charges or insurance excesses charged due to damage).
- Points can only be earned on one frequent flyer programme for each qualifying self-drive rental at participating locations.
- Maharaja Club members will be eligible to earn points only if the full name in the rental agreement matches the full name in the membership account.
- Renters can only claim points for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time. Consecutive or conjunctive rentals will not qualify for points - only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded points.
- If any AWD number other than Maharaja Club’s AWD number is present in the rental booking, no bonus points will be awarded.
- If any AWD number other than Maharaja Club’s AWD number is present in a customer’s Avis Preferred profile and used in the rental booking, no bonus points will be awarded and once booked, this cannot be reversed.
- To qualify, rentals must include the Maharaja Club membership number of the first named driver (the "renter") at the time of reservation. The Maharaja Club membership card must be presented at the location during vehicle pick-up.
- Points accruals are based strictly on non-contracted rates only.
- Rentals made using Avis contracted (corporate/government) rates/AWDs, chauffeur-drive, or van rentals do not qualify for points. Monthly rental, long term rental, travel industry staff rates, replacement/insurance rates, selected association programmes, and nett rate programmes do not qualify for points earning.
- This promotion is not valid on Avis Prestige, Avis Signature Series and Avis Select Series rentals worldwide.
- Renter must meet standard Avis age, driver and credit requirements and advance booking is required.
- Blackout dates may apply.
- These offers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
