Self-check-in kiosks and self-baggage drop
- Self-service facilities for check-in and baggage drop are available at Row D in front of gates 2 and 3 in Terminal 2.
- You can use these facilities to:
- Select your seats on the flight
- Update your Maharaja Club ID in the booking
- Update your contact details (mobile number, email address, etc)
- Print your boarding pass
- Drop your baggage at the self-baggage drop counters after check-in
- Print your baggage tags
- These facilities are available for:
- All passengers on domestic flights, excluding those in transit
Oversize baggage belt
Your oversized baggage (OOG) needs to be dropped off and collected from oversized baggage belts (OOG belts) which are different from the regular check-in counters and baggage belts. Here is the location for the OOG belt.
- For domestic departures, head to the OOG belt near island A and N to drop off your oversized baggage.
- You can collect your checked-in oversized baggage from the OOG belt located:
- Behind baggage belts 1 and 2 on the west side and behind baggage belts 12 and 13 for domestic arrivals.
- Behind baggage belt 15 for international arrivals.
