Maharaja Points

Q1 How do I earn Maharaja Points

Members need to provide their FFP ID (Maharaja Club ID) at the time of making the purchase from the duty-free platform. In case the member does not provide their FFP ID, no points will be awarded, and no retro claim can be made.

Q2 When will the Maharaja Points be credited to my account?

Maharaja Points will be credited within 60 working days after the successful transaction on the website and the order delivery.

Q3 Will I earn Maharaja Points for cancelled orders?

No, Maharaja Points will not be earned for cancelled orders. It will only be credited for completed orders.

Q4 What is a Maharaja Point?

Maharaja Point refers to the Points that are earned by an Eligible User under the loyalty program of Air India, referred to as Maharaja Club. The membership can be availed only by a Maharaja Club member recognised by Air India under its loyalty programme, in accordance with the rules of the Frequent Flyer Programme (“Eligible User”).

Q5 Where can I view my Maharaja Club Program Account information like Profile details, Maharaja Points earned etc?

All profile related information will be available under your Maharaja Club Account which can be accessed via Air India website or app.

Terms and Conditions

1)  Upon clicking the link available on the Air India website, the user will be redirected to a platform (“Duty Free Platform”) operated by our partner, Adani Digital Labs Limited (“Duty Free Platform Partner”). While Air India has arranged access to this service for our users, the Duty-Free Platform, its products, services, content, policies, transactions, and customer support are provided and managed by Adani Digital Labs Limited. Any use of the Duty Free Platform is subject to its own terms of use, privacy policy, and other applicable policies.

2)  Air India does not guarantee the availability, performance, pricing, suitability, accuracy, or outcomes of any products or services offered by the Duty-Free Platform Partner. Air India is not liable for any losses, liabilities, claims, actions, damages, proceedings, costs or expenses arising from, relating to or in connection with: (i) the Duty-Free Platform or the design, content, structure, operation, use or maintenance thereof, including with respect to bookings by customers or the listing of any products on the Duty-Free Platform or any service interruptions or security incidents; (ii) the products and services, including their quality, availability, advertising, distribution, licensing and sale; (iii) the roles, responsibilities, actions or omissions of the Duty-Free Platform Partner or of the duty free operator with respect to any duty free products or bookings; (iii) any customer experience or grievance relating to the Duty-Free Platform, the bookings or the duty free products.

3)  Where a user elects to access the Duty-Free Platform through the link on the Air India website:

a. the user acknowledges that the Duty-Free Platform is operated independently of Air India and the services accessible through the link provided are provided by Duty-Free Platform Partner, and may operate on infrastructure, software, and systems owned or managed by them;

b. the user's use of the Duty-Free Platform and the products and services thereunder shall be governed solely by the terms, conditions, privacy policy, and other policies of the Duty-Free Platform Partner;

c. the Duty-Free Platform Partner independently determines the personal data it collects from you and processes such data for its own purposes. As part of the services offered on the Duty-Free Platform, if you provide your Maharaja Club ID and make a purchase, the Partner will share your Maharaja Club ID with us solely for the purpose of crediting Maharaja Points to your Maharaja Club account. We encourage you to review the Partner's privacy policy available on its website to understand how it handles your personal data.

d. Air India does not control and is not responsible for the operation, content, availability, accuracy, security, legality, pricing, service quality, or performance of the Duty-Free Platform, the services provided thereunder or any products available or listed therein;

e. any contract, transaction, dispute, claim, refund request, cancellation request, or customer support issue relating to the Duty-Free Platform and the products and services thereunder shall be addressed directly with the Duty-Free Platform Partner; and

f.  to the maximum extent permitted by law, Air India disclaims liability for any loss, damage, expense, claim, or inconvenience arising from the use of the Duty-Free Platform or in relation to the products and services thereunder.

4)  References to third-party products or services, including the Duty-Free Platform, do not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, guarantee, or warranty by Air India. We make no representation or warranty regarding the quality, safety, reliability, legality, suitability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Duty-Free Platform or of any products or services offered by third parties.
 

Terms and Conditions for Maharaja Points

5)  Only Maharaja Club members with a valid 9-digit Maharaja Club ID are eligible to earn Maharaja Points under this partnership. Non-members cannot avail the benefit of earning Maharaja Points. If a customer is not registered, they may enrol using the sign-up link.

6)  Maharaja Points will be awarded on the net transaction amount (excluding taxes and applicable discounts).

7)  This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offer(s).

8)  All transactions are processed by the Duty-Free platform partner.

9)  The Eligible User acknowledges that Air India acts solely as an intermediary in this partnership and is not responsible for service delivery. Any concerns, claims, or disputes related to the use of services offered by the Duty-Free platform partner must be directed to the Duty-Free platform partner.

10)  All transactions are final and subject to the Duty-Free platform partner’s refund and cancellation policy.

11)  The Eligible User may not assign, transfer, or delegate their rights or obligations under these terms. No third party, other than a registered member, shall have any rights under these terms.
