  • The conversion ratio is subject to change at the discretion of HeyMax. Customers are advised to refer to the HeyMax website for the latest information.
  • Maharaja Points will be credited into the Maharaja Club account as shared while initiating the transfer request. Once credited, points shall not be reversed.
  • Processing of the conversion may take up to [7] working days.
  • The membership can be availed only by a Maharaja Club member who is recognised by Air India as a member of the Maharaja Club in accordance with the rules of the Frequent Flyer Programme (“Eligible User”).
  • In case the customer has not registered as a Maharaja Club member, he can get enrolled through the link.
  • These offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount / promo available.
  • As part of the offer, the members agree to receive such marketing and promotional materials via mail, SMS, email, etc. in connection with products and services of HeyMax.
