Mileage accrual for Thai Airways–operated flights is determined by the booking class you are ticketed in. Each booking class is assigned a specific earning rate, as outlined in the table below.

Members will also earn 1 Tier Point for every 2 Maharaja Points earned.
For codeshare flights operated by partner airlines, Points are calculated according to your booking class and the partner’s earning rules. Hence, Points credited may differ, and in certain cases, they may not be awarded at all.
Claims for past Thai Airways flights must be submitted within 12 months of the travel date.
Know More About Your Booking Class
Your Booking Class is a one-letter code that indicates your fare type, e.g., Economy Saver, Business Flex. To know your Booking Class, you can either check your e-ticket or go to the Manage Booking section, if your ticket was booked from the Air India website or mobile app.
If you are unable to find your booking class, please contact the customer support team of the operating airline.
Redeem Points on Thai Airways Flights
You can redeem your Maharaja Points to book Award Tickets or upgrade your cabin class on Thai Airways flights. Award Ticket redemption is subject to seat availability in the specified booking class. Cabin class upgrades are eligible based on your original booking class.

- Points can be claimed for Star Alliance Partner Airlines only if you are a member of Maharaja Club on or before the date of travel.
- Members can submit a claim by entering their flight details. If a claim is not approved, the member’s boarding pass or travel certificate will be necessary as supporting documentation for further validation.
