1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Commbitz eSIM services offered in collaboration with Air India. By purchasing and activating a Commbitz eSIM through this partnership, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

•  The Commbitz eSIM offer is available to Air India customers who purchase a valid eSIM package through the collaboration website.
• Users must ensure their devices are eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
• The offer is valid for Air India Maharaja Club members only.
• Members must enter their Maharaja Club ID at the time of purchase to earn points. 

1. Points Earning
   • Customers will earn 17 Maharaja Points for every INR 100 spent on Commbitz & Air India white labeled website.
   • Points are applicable only on eligible purchases made through the white labeled website.
   • Taxes, fees, and other charges may not be included in the points calculation.
2. Non-Refundable Purchases:
   • All Commbitz eSIM purchases are non-refundable once the QR code is generated and shared
3. Non-Transferability:
   • Points earned are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
4. Refunds & Cancellations:
   • If an eligible transaction is canceled before the QR code is generated, no Maharaja Points will be awarded.
   • Partial refunds (if applicable) may lead to adjustments in the points awarded.
5. Modifications & Termination:
   • Commbitz and Air India reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
   • Terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Commbitz and Air India.

3. eSIM Activation and Usage

• Upon purchase, customers will receive activation instructions via email
• The eSIM is intended for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred
• Commbitz reserves the right to suspend services in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity.

4. Coverage and Network

• Commbitz eSIM provides connectivity across multiple countries with partner networks
• Network availability and quality may vary depending on location and service provider agreements.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for eSIM packages are listed on the collaboration website and are subject to change
• All payments are processed securely via accepted payment methods.

6.Fair Usage Policy

• Users must adhere to the Fair Usage Policy, which prohibits excessive data consumption that may affect network performance.
• Any violation may result in service limitations or suspension.

7. Customer Support

• Customers can reach out to Commbitz support via email or chat for assistance with activation or service-related queries.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

• Commbitz ensures compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
• Customer information is collected and used solely for providing eSIM services and will not be shared with third parties without consent

9.Limitation of Liability

• Commbitz is not liable for any disruptions, delays, or losses resulting from third-party network providers.
• Commbitz will not be responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of the eSIM

10.Modifications to Terms

• Commbitz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or the website

As part of this offer, members consent to receiving marketing and promotional materials via mail, SMS, email, and other channels related to Commbitz products and services.

11.Technical Issues & Delays:

Commbitz and Air India are not responsible for any technical issues, system delays, or errors that may affect the processing of points.
If you experience a delay, contact Commbitz Support with proof of purchase and your Maharaja Club ID.

12.Changes in Reward Structure:

Commbitz and Air India reserve the right to revise the earning rate of Maharaja Points or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.

13.Expiry of Points:

• Maharaja Points earned through Commbitz will follow Air India’s standard point expiry policy.
• Users are responsible for checking their Maharaja Club account to ensure they use the points before expiration

14.Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commbitz operates.

• In case of any disputes regarding point crediting, the decision of Commbitz and Air India will be final.
