Starting 15 September, Air India will be shifting its operations from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

Effective 01 September 2025, all passengers arriving at Indonesian airports must complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card at least 3 days before arrival. Submit this mandatory form for immigration, customs, and health clearance at https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.

Passengers travelling on international-to-international (I-I) itineraries via Lucknow, Pune, Tiruchirappalli, Surat, or Amritsar must have a valid Indian visa to transit through India. Indian citizens are exempt from this requirement and may transit without a visa. Kindly ensure that visa requirements are met prior to booking or boarding.

Effective May 1, 2025, all non-Thai nationals travelling to Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online as a mandatory immigration requirement within 3 days prior to arrival at https://tdac.immigration.go.th.

Air India now supports Apple AirTag location feature for seamless tracking of lost or delayed checked baggage. 

South Korea has introduced the e-Arrival card to simplify the immigration process for foreign visitors. Travellers can submit it up to 72 hours before arrival at www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr. Exemptions include K-ETA and Alien Registration Card holders.
