From 15 April 2026, all non-Vietnamese passengers arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport must complete an E-Arrival Card (pilot phase). Passengers are encouraged to complete the declaration before arrival for faster immigration clearance https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn/. If not completed in advance, it can be done on arrival. No penalties apply.

Passengers travelling on flights departing from Singapore (SIN) are permitted to carry a maximum of two power banks per person, up to 100 Wh, in hand baggage only. Use or charging of power banks onboard is not permitted (Singapore Airport (SIN) Info & Services | Air India).
