Eligibility Criteria

• All nationalities are eligible, provided the passenger is at least 60 years old on the date of travel.
• A passport is required as proof of age for all passengers. Indian nationals may alternatively present any valid government-issued identity card.
• A child or infant cannot be booked with a senior citizen.

Documents required

A valid photo ID with your date of birth mentioned.

• Offer details for international flights

• Each piece of baggage must not exceed the weight limit of 32 kg/70 lb.
• Passengers can split their baggage into multiple pieces to make full use of the available maximum allowance.
• For destinations where the piece concept of baggage applies, senior citizens are entitled to 2 pcs x 23 kg/50 lb of baggage in Economy and Premium Economy classes, and 2 pcs x 32 kg/70 lb for Business Class. Not applicable on flights to/from Canada and USA.
• Offer applicable for individuals aged 60 years and above with a valid photo ID with date of birth.
• The discount applies to the base fare only.
• Discount of Min INR 200 on Air India App and Website is available using UPI payment with Promo Code: UPIPROMO.
• Except for one free date change, fare rules/penalties for cancellations, refunds, rebooking, and reissues as per the respective cabin class will apply.
• All offers are available only on flight operated by Air India and do not apply to codeshare flights.
• Applicable on both domestic and international flights operated by Air India.
• Sale and travel validity: until further notice.
• Discount is valid on both one-way and round-trip bookings.
• Concessional fares are subject to availability of seats.
• The tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable.
• No name changes are permitted.
• Proper verification of valid ID/documents:
  • Identity verification is mandatory and will be carried out at the time of ticketing at a city ticketing office or airport ticketing office and again at check-in points at the airport.
  • Passengers must carry proof of identification throughout the journey. No one has the authority to waive the condition of documentation check.
  • Boarding will be denied if identity proof is not provided at the boarding gate.
  • Airport managers and duty managers may undertake surprise checks.
  • In case the relevant ID /Documents are not presented at the time of check-in, Passenger will be charged two (2) times of the booked fare plus applicable taxes.

• All travel on Air India flights across domestic and international sectors is subject to the terms and conditions provided in the Conditions of Carriage. Air India Limited is liable only to the extent provided in our Conditions of Carriage.
• Air India Limited reserves the right to cancel an order in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated, and the amount paid will be forfeited.
• Air India may at any moment change, add, modify, withdraw or cancel the offer without citing any reasons or any prior notice to anyone, at its sole discretion.
• Air India will not be liable in any manner to any person, in respect of this offer.
• This offer is subject to the sole discretion of Air India. Air India Limited reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/modify/alter/change and/or withdraw the offer at any time at its sole discretion.
• Air India’s interpretation of the offer shall be final and will not be subject to any challenge.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection to this offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
