Transfer desks are located at terminal 1 at the following locations:

• 1. You can find the registration desk numbers 18 and 19 at 1F, located between exits 3 and 4, after clearing immigration. 
• 2. The 2F information desk is on the east side, near the immigration area. 
• 3. The 3F information desk can be found near gates 25 and 29.

Taxi pick-up area

• The car rental services available are SK Rent-a-car and Lotte Rent-a-car. 
• They are available at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. 
• At terminal 1, they are located near exit 2, general area, 1F. 
• At terminal 2, they are located near the west, B1, Transportation area. 
• Sign boards at the terminal direct passengers to pick-up and drop-off zones for the taxi services.
• Bus and Van services are located near exit 4, 9, and 12 on 1F at terminal 1. 
  
• Taxi services and KAL Limousine services are located near exit 3 and 4 on 1F at terminal 1.

Airport hotels

• Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 have transit hotels. 
• At terminal 1 it is located near gate 11 on 4F. 
• At terminal 2 it is located near gate 252 on 4F.
