As per this offer, eligible customers of ICICI Bank can avail an instant discount basis the table shown below on eligible EMI transactions. The Offer will be applicable on bookings made on Air India website/mobile app only. The Offer is valid on bookings made through eligible ICICI Bank Credit Cards during the booking period i.e. from 20th July-2026 to 30th September-2026.

1. The Offer is applicable at airindia.com website or app from July 20, 2026 to September 30, 2026, for eligible ICICI Bank credit cardholders on EMI transactions only.
2. ICICI Bank credit cardholders (including Amazon Pay credit cardholders) can avail discount on EMI transactions as per the below details:
3. Offer is not applicable on credit card Non EMI transactions, debit cards, UPI, internet banking, business, commercial, and/or corporate cards.
4. Offer is valid only once per card per calendar month during the Offer Period.
5. The discount will be applicable on base fare* only.
6. The offer is not applicable on multi city bookings. This offer shall not be valid on transactions where payment has been made either partially or fully using reward points.
7. Offer will not be valid on bookings having infants (children over seven days but under two years on the travel date).
8. The offer will be valid only if the payment is made in INR. For purposes of clarity, even if an eligible card is used to make a payment in any currency other than INR, such a transaction will not be eligible for discount.
9. The discount is applicable on a single transaction and multiple transactions cannot be clubbed to avail the same.
10. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
11. Bookings only with valid promo code will be eligible for the Offer.
12. Air India and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner to any person, in respect of this offer.
13. Air India and ICICI Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
14. For any card related claims, the customer shall approach ICICI Bank and Air India shall not entertain any such claims.
15. Air India shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to any force majeure event.
16. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer by the customer / travel agent, Air India reserves the right to deny the Offer or cancel the booking.
17. In no event the entire liability of Air India under this Offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this Offer.
18. Air India shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
19. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
20. This Offer is subject to the Conditions of Carriage (“CoC”) available on www.airindia.com 
21. The Offer will be valid during the promotion period only which will be at the sole discretion of Air India and ICICI Bank.
22. Air India and ICICI Bank have the right to change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the promotion period.
