US Transit Requirements for Students Studying in Canada
If you’re a student, who studies in Canada, and is transiting through the United States, ensure that you have all your documents in order. Without your valid documents, you will not be allowed to transit through the US.
Transit Rules
- A student permit is not a valid travel document.
- Students holding a Canadian visa or PR card cannot transit the US without a valid US visa.
- Students need a valid Canadian visa sticker to re-enter Canada.
