Student Offer – Terms and Conditions

• This Offer is made by Air India Limited ("Air India") to customers booking Air India flights from 00:01 hours IST on 10 July 2026 till 23:59 hours IST on 31 July 2026 ("Offer Period"), subject to seat inventory availability and the terms and conditions mentioned below. By participating in or availing of the Offer, the customer unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions.
• During the Offer Period, Air India offers the advertised discounts on the advertised routes ("Offer") to customers on bookings made via the Air India website and mobile app only.
• The advertised discount of up to 15% under the Offer is applicable on the base fare only. All applicable taxes, fees and surcharges shall be payable in addition to the base fare.
• The Offer is valid for one-way and round-trip bookings for flights from and to SFO, EWR, YVR and MEL only.
• The Offer is applicable for adult passengers only. Infants and children are excluded.
• Group bookings are not eligible for this Offer. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, and these concessional fares are subject to the availability of seats.
• The tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable. No name changes are permitted.
• Limited seats are available under the Offer and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The Offer is only valid for the Offer Period and is subject to seat inventory availability at the time of booking.
• The Offer is applicable only on flights operated by Air India, and on all classes, except for, First Class.
• Except for one free date change, bookings made under the Offer are subject to applicable fare rules, including change, cancellation, no-show, reversals, and refund charges, as per the fare selected at the time of booking. All bookings made under the Offer shall be governed by Air India’s Conditions of Carriage, available on www.airindia.com.
• Proper verification of valid ID/documents:
  • Identity verification is MANDATORY and will be carried out at the time of ticketing at a city ticketing office or airport ticketing office and again at check-in points at the airport.
  • Passengers must carry proof of identification throughout the journey. No one has the authority to waive the condition of the documentation check.
  • Airport managers and duty managers undertake surprise checks.
  • In case the relevant ID documents are not presented at the time of check-in, passengers will be charged a misuse recovery amount plus applicable taxes.
• For US/ Canada - Students are entitled to 2 pcs x 23 kg/ 50 lb of baggage in Economy and Premium Economy classes, and 2 pcs x 32 kg/ 70 lb for Business Class.
• For Australia - Students are entitled to 30 kg of baggage in Economy and 50 kg for Business Class.
• Offer is not applicable on bookings made using points & cashpoints.
• Air India reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or withdraw the Offer, in part or in full, at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• Air India’s decisions with respect to all transactions under this Offer shall be final and binding on all customers seeking to avail this Offer.
• Air India shall not be liable to customer or third party for any consequential loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from or in connection with the Offer.
• Images, visuals, and representations used in promotional creatives are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual product or service.
• This Offer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
