The Registered Customer account is your gateway to a personalised Air India experience that adds convenience and extra savings every time you fly. Creating an account is free and seamless, so you can start enjoying the benefits right away.

Becoming a Registered Customer gives you access to exclusive benefits that make your travel experience faster, easier, and more rewarding. Here’s what you’ll get:

Registered Customer account offers one-step access to a world of benefits for Air India’s valued guests.  
The Maharaja Club programme is our frequent flyer programme that includes all the benefits of a Registered Customer account, along with additional privileges designed for frequent flyers.  
For example, Maharaja Club members can earn Points and then redeem these Points for exclusive benefits like Award Flights and Cabin Upgrades. 
 
You can upgrade from Registered Customer to Maharaja Club anytime for free.

You can create a Registered Customer account in just a single step. You can either verify your email ID or mobile number, or you can sign up via social media (Google account/Apple ID).

Anyone who is 18 years or older and not already an existing Maharaja Club member is eligible to become a Registered Customer.

If you are already a Registered Customer, go to your Profile and click on the Upgrade to Maharaja Club option and follow the simple instructions to upgrade to Maharaja Club. You will need to enter a few additional details and verify your contact details (if they haven’t been verified already).

Once updated, your profile details cannot be edited online. To make any changes, please reach out to customer support.

The email ID or mobile number linked to your Registered Customer account cannot be changed online. To update these details, please reach out to customer support.

To delete your Registered Customer account, send an email to our Data Protection Officer at data.privacy@airindia.com from your registered email ID. If you do not have a registered email ID, please include your registered mobile number in the email. 
Upon verification of your request, and unless retention is required under applicable law or in accordance with the Company’s data retention policy, your account will be deleted irreversibly.
